Return policy:
We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their order. If anything is misssing, damaged or incorrect with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at
sales@forheavenandearth.com or call us at 254-542-3561 and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
If there is damage due to shipping, the carrier requires you to send the original shipping container and packaging.
Returns are accepted free within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is returned in it's original package and unused condition, with a copy of the invoice if at all possible.
A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for products returned after the 30 day free period.
